01 The Client

BrightOffice Ltd.

Based in Skelmersdale in Lancashire, BrightOffice is recognised across the industry for providing cloud-based integrated business software with the power of traditional applications used by the world’s largest companies, but at a fraction of the cost and complexity.

Founded by Paul Groome in late 2004, the company currently provides CRM software solutions to clients in sectors including financial claims, debt management, debt collection, Green Deal & ECO, renewable energy, training, job management and lettings management.

02 The Marketing Brief

The primary aim of the current BrightOffice website and marketing campaigns is to increase customers visiting the site and ultimately contacting the company for more information.

Our brief was to increase traffic to the website organically using social media and increasing organic search rankings, as well as managing and optimising the paid advertising campaigns on Google AdWords to increase traffic whilst simultaneously reducing cost-per-click.

Additionally, we were tasked with optimising conversion on the existing site via content and layout tweaks, all to make the site easier to use for readers, but also to make it more appealing to potential advertisers.

03 The Results

We delivered a detailed and innovative online marketing strategy that ensured that BrightOffice stood out from the crowd within the software sector. We started by slightly refining the existing branding and producing a set of basic brand guidelines that would help their internal team with any marketing materials and website amendments going forward. It also gave the company’s brand a more consistent and confident feel.

Our marketing and design teams set about making the required changes to the website, from adding more appealing content, amending positioning and prominence of calls-to-action as well as fixing of ongoing technical SEO issues. We also created Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts for the company to provide relevant and up-to-date information for all of their social following.

As a result of the eJIGSAW digital strategy, the BrightOffice site has seen a massive improvement in practically all metrics, which can be seen in the images above and below, however, some of the standout improvements are a 30% increase in organic traffic, a 47% increase in conversions on the website, and an 8% decrease in CPC whilst increasing conversion rate by 13%.
