We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Junior/Graduate Front-End Developer to join our exciting and growing start-up team.

This role is seeking a junior/graduate front-end developer with a strong passion for working in a fun, innovative, and fast-paced agency who do things differently.

We don’t pile people into a room looking at a wall and throw work across the room at them. Our home is bright, brand new, and set in 10,000sq/ft. of modern open plan office space with meeting rooms and a young friendly team.

If you want to create innovative, modern, and cutting-edge pixel-perfect websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, then eJIGSAW would love to hear from you!

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Helping develop websites from scratch from .psd files, across various platforms, primarily WordPress, to client deadlines.
  • Creating email templates, and social media marketing materials.
  • Consistently creating high-quality and robust solutions and code with the support of senior developers.
  • Providing a high level of proactive customer service.
  • Developing the role, your own skills, and researching new technologies when required.

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery
  • Experience of using the Adobe Creative
  • Experience working with WordPress
  • Experience with Magento and other major content management systems (Drupal, Umbraco) is desirable.
  • Experience with PHP, SASS, and GitHub is also desirable.
  • The usual stuff – time management, ability to work under pressure, use your own initiative, communicate with other members of the team at all levels blah, blah, etc., etc.
