We are looking for someone with experience in tech sales/account management who is enthusiastic, to join eJIGSAW as a Digital Business Development Executive joining our exciting and growing team.

This role is seeking an exceptional individual with a strong passion for working in a fun, innovative, and fast-paced agency who do things differently.

We don’t pile people into a room looking at a wall and throw work across the room at them. Our home is bright, brand new, and set in 10,000sq/ft. of modern open plan office space with meeting rooms and a fresh, friendly team.

If you’re a people person with a focus on customer service, business development and establishing long-term relationships with clients – we’re looking for you!



  • Proactively develop new business through a stream of incoming leads.
  • Identify prospective new customers and guide them through our sales process from initial meeting to signing of the contract.
  • Attend client meetings to develop revenue from new and existing clients across the eJIGSAW services portfolio
  • Work with the Head of Digital to manage existing client accounts, undertake work required to win new business (PQQs, ITTs, proposals, pitches etc.).
  • Ensure that all new projects brought into the business are briefed to the team accurately and in details.
  • Ensure that eJIGSAW pitches and proposals stay ahead of our rivals and engage prospective clients.


  • Experience in digital/technology markets
  • Track record of success in the business development or account management functions
  • Team player, but able to work unsupervised and manage own workload
  • Experience within an agency environment is desirable
  • The usual stuff – time management, ability to work under pressure, use your own initiative, communicate with other members of the team at all levels etc. etc.
